A unique and modern renovation done in Selly Oak Retail Park where we turned an empty and lifeless shop into a place of comfort and luxury. The Eye Collective is officially full of colour and is ready for patients to enjoy their time here whilst they're being cared for.

All the broken and falling apart decking's restored to its original condition and was painted in this luxurious American Mahogany and to bring it all to life the exterior walls were also painted in brilliant white.

You cant see the wall that was removed, you cant see those dated doors anymore! And you cant see the faded and crumbling paints on the walls anymore. This is a total transformation into a golden fantasy.

When we took on this job, all the walls in the house were in a really bad condition. We could see that the house was plastered years ago and had never been painted. It had lots of cracks and an uneven surfaces and the floor was nothing but broken pieces of floor boards. We are exceptionally glad we delivered a lovely home to a lovely family before Christmas.
